Terms of Service
1 · Who we are
Key Plan Ai (“KPAi”) is a service of 666 WEBSITE SERVICES, a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia under the Registration of Businesses Act 1956, registration number 202503173690 (PG0573295-W). These terms cover the web application, the tablet viewer and the reports the service produces. By creating an account you agree to them.
2 · Your account
You need an account to use KPAi. Keep your password to yourself — anything done from your account is treated as done by you. One person, one account: accounts are not shared between site staff. Tell us within seven days if you think someone else has used yours.
3 · Plans and payment
Every account starts on the Free plan: one project with up to 30 drawing pages, no card and no end date; viewing projects you are invited to is free. The Editor plan is RM19.90 per month, billed in Ringgit to a card from the day you choose it and renewed monthly, or RM199 for a prepaid year by card or FPX. A prepaid year starts straight away and paying again adds a full 365 days on top, so you never lose a day. Prices can change with 30 days’ notice by email; a change never touches time you have already paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see your card number.
4 · Your drawings and your data
The drawings you upload, the areas drawn on them and the photos attached to them stay yours. We store them to run the service and show them only to people you invite into a project. To read title blocks, a drawing’s image is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for extraction only — the answer comes back and the drawing is not used to train models. We do not sell your data. The Privacy Policy lists every processor we use.
5 · What you may not do
Do not upload drawings you have no right to share, try to reach another company’s projects, probe the service’s security, or resell access to KPAi. Do not upload anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, with a warning first where that is reasonable.
6 · Availability and support
We aim to keep KPAi available around the clock but do not promise uninterrupted service — maintenance and failures of the platforms we run on can pause it. Support is by email at 666websitepro@gmail.com, in English, 中文 or Bahasa Malaysia, on Malaysian working days.
7 · Ending a paid plan
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time from Manage billing; it stays active to the end of the paid month and simply does not renew. A prepaid year runs to its end date and the unused part is not refunded when you cancel it yourself. When a paid plan ends the account goes back to the Free plan: nothing is deleted, projects beyond the Free plan become read-only, and choosing a paid plan again opens them where you stopped — or ask us to delete the account (see the Privacy Policy). If we end your paid plan without you breaking these terms, we refund the unused prepaid part.
8 · Limits of our liability
KPAi shows the progress your team records; it does not survey the site, and AI-read drawing details are suggestions until a person confirms them. Decisions on site remain yours — always check against the contract drawings. To the extent Malaysian law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or delay damages. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.
9 · Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service grows. For meaningful changes we email every account 14 days ahead; using KPAi after that date means you accept the new version. The “Last updated” line above always names the current version.
